Gens Announce the Return of the Road Tour and Summer Ticket Challenge

The Oshawa Generals Road Tour is excited to launch the Summer Ticket Challenge again this summer as we take part in various community events with our fans this off season.

At every Road Tour event, you can enter a ballot for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the Oshawa Generals 2019-20 home opener. By filling out a ballot at the Road Tour events, you will also be entered to win the Grand Prize draw of 2019-20 Season Tickets. The more Road Tour events you attend, the more chances you have to win! You’ll want to be a part of the action come September as the team makes a push for another OHL title.

The Oshawa Generals Road Tour is a free, interactive, promotional team, that brings the excitement of Generals hockey to the fans. The Road Tour runs from May to the end of August.

In our continuous effort to give back to the community, the Road Tour will attend several Durham Region community events during the off-season including:

  • Various School Fun Fairs
  • Food Truck Frenzy
  • Bowmanville Summerfest
  • Canada Day at Lakeview Park
  • Brooklin Spring Fair
  • Various Durham Region Rib fests
  • Tim Horton’s Camp Day

If you have an event you would like the Generals Road Tour to attend, please provide at least three weeks notice before your event date. Bookings will be made on a first come, first serve basis at the discretion of the Oshawa Generals. Contact Joe Crimi, Manager Community Relations at for bookings.

We can’t wait to see you this summer, Gens Nation!

Please note that the Generals Road Tour is a community program operated by the Oshawa Generals Hockey Club at no cost to participants. Road Tour activities require 40-45 minutes for set up and clean up. Please understand that the Generals Road Tour has the right to shut down early or set up later due to inclement weather or minimal event participation.

*Winners of tickets will be contact by email ONLY. Must be over the age of 18 to be eligible to win. Winner of the grand prize draw of season tickets will be announced at the beginning of September.
