The Generals travel to Ottawa this afternoon for the first of their weekend match ups. Oshawa is coming off a weekday victory over the Barrie Colts, in which they defeated the visitors 4-2 in regular play. The Generals will look to carry over similar results in to today’s game against the 67’s.

The last time Ottawa was in Oshawa, the 67’s took the win 7-0 on enemy territory. Bob Jones’ team will have to be fierce and make a statement in this early day match up, as Ottawa could potentially be a play off opponent.

With the Peterborough Petes securing the crown of the east with a 4-0 blanking of the visiting Hamilton Bulldogs on Thursday, Oshawa will settle in to a third place finish in the East in regular season.

The Gens will face the Division champions on Sunday night on home ice for their season finale and the final 80thAnniversary night celebrating 80 years of Oshawa Generals history! For tickets click here!
